Sunsets are transitions

We often pause to take in their beauty

Each one is unique

A moment to be revered

Awe, splendor, nature’s magic.

No less spectacular are our own life transitions.

When we are in the presence of that rare occasion: of change

Let us stop to fully indulge in its magnificence

Lest we rush right through this precious phase

And entirely miss its explosive and vibrant oranges, pinks and yellows.
